We provide a 5-week support service wherein we monitor progress every week and provide a wide range of NRT products to choose from.

Emergency Hormonal Contraception

We provide a FREE emergency contraception service for under 19's. Our pharmacist will supply emergency hormonal contraception when appropriate to patients who require it, without a prescription. If we are unable to supply you with emergency contraception, we will direct you to other sources of help.

Flu Jab

With the increasing risks of avian flu and the H1N1 virus, we provide this service at an affordable price through the winter months of October to January every year.

Private Doctor

Simply getting to see a GP or consultant can be a mission in itself, considering our overflowing timetables and work commitments. That's why we offer a private doctor consultation.

When you have spoken to the pharmacist about your health problem, the pharmacist will on your behalf consult with the private doctor who may provide a prescription for medicine/s. There is a fee incurred for this service which will vary according to what is prescribed and dispensed.

Medicine Use Review

We offer you a consultation with our pharmacist about your prescription medicines. Our pharmacist will ensure you feel confident that your medicines are working to benefit your health. The review will improve your understanding about what your medicines do, and how to get the best from them.

Together with the pharmacist you can decide what's best for you and your lifestyle.

Blood Glucose and Cholesterol Testing

We measure blood glucose and blood cholesterol levels using a small finger-prick sample of blood.

We can provide lifestyle and dietary advice on measures you can take to keep these levels normal. The test is performed to include an evaluation of risk factors. If there are high or unusual readings, we can give you a written referral for your GP to follow up. The tests are done in a private room under clean, clinical conditions and we use only disposable equipment to conduct the tests. A small fee is payable for both services.
